Get this the train horn was not sounded until impact.........Jury found CSX not guilty!!!!!!! Because he did sound the horn.

I hope this is not the end... Was it admitted that they did not sound the horn until just before impact??? Well there be any more actions you can take... Its disgusting... I\'m sorry... I know I would be thinking that CSX got the favorable ruling because of money... I hope like Charlayne said that CSX will have terrible karma... as I told Richard this morning... I have to believe that at some point and time people who kill our children with their neglect and indifference will have to answer for it... I don\'t wish the people who failed Cara to go to hell... but I do count on God calling them to account... For me a simple We are so sorry... We are working to make it different and we will commit ourselves to learning from what has happened to your child and many other children so that we can do better in the future would be all that I would ask for... There are no words that come to mind to say...I am shocked...Is there anything else that can be done? Does it end here? I, too, am concerned that business/companies/corporations are cutting corners in areas of safety for profit...I possibly will be in this legal arena myself and fear a negative result.
