It will be my first without Josh. I have a sick feeling already when I think about it.

I think that EvansMom/Barbara/ForMomsOnly had the right idea...remember to light a candle, have a picture of your child and some beautiful flowers...each time you pass by smile (yes smile) and tell them you love them...that is good advice--my first mothers day, too, but by doing this, I think it will help me focus on the love and his life...of course I will be moved to tears quite frequently, but I think this will help me make a concience effort to stay strong for my family and my other children.
Take care,
Ann

Mine also without my son! I only hope I can pull off a \"cheery\" face for my daughter and husband... I will really miss my Erick... he was a hoot never like to shop or buy gifts. My first memory of him working hard to make a Mother\'s Day gift for me was the year he got a remote controll car and he made a cassette tape of silly songs for my and he DJ on it, then he attached it to his car and drove it into my office with a little note attached to it saying, nothing more then... For Mom! I wish I knew where that tape was today. I think I will spend this evening looking for it. Last year he actually ordered me a Vermont Teddy Bear, came in a box with tons of silly stuff on it. The bear was a biker bear and had the tattoo MOM on his arm, I will forever cherish that bear! Does anyone else have a good Mother\'s Day story? Memory Lane is Now OPEN.
