You’ve given him a lot of yourself already, vulnerability in particular. I’m a trusting person by nature but also a eyes wide open kind of person, assume certain risks but know fully they can go sideways. I hope for the best in people and usually they deliver.
So while I am sure he’s going to read this I say this anyway because it’s nothing to do with him: I am so happy you are taking this trip, independent of him. I don’t say that unkindly but because YOU are the most important part of this equation. Your growth is not because of anyone but you! Just remember that, whatever happens.
Thank you...and you are right...this is my first step ( finally taking a risk and venturing forward.) I truly believe he has helped to pull me forward to do that.
