Well, the crushing feeling is beginning to lift, and after two days of hell, am thinking things might just get a little better. Ive emailed AA and felt better for doing so, and later in the day I hope to pluck up the courage to phone them. What would be absolutely fantastic would be if I could attend a meeting tonight. Its all very scary and strange, but I guess Ive got nothing to lose. Hope everyone is ok.
