The road to better is a sweet ride........internal spasm storms all week drained me down to a nub, but let me introduce you to now.  I am sitting up comfortably in this chair.  All spasm sources are STILL.  Quiet and still.  Can I get a hallelujah?
I'm sitting tall in the saddle, the change in my posture is amazing.  I won't stay too long, don't want to rock the boat.  Body temp is up two degrees......97 feels much better than 95.
The weather forecast is calling for a lot of rain.  Beginning later today, sunny skies Saturday and then more rain Sunday - Tuesday.  All I have to water are the baby azaleas, roses & the porch plants.  Sweet.
I'm looking for some funny shows to watch.........any recommendations would be appreciated.
Oh, hey, wearing street clothes too. WOW.  Dressed and it did not kill me to get dressed.
Trying to make some careful choices.  Mulling it over.  I can putter right here, return things to Home Depot, stop at yard sales on the way and back..........or essentially just do nothing.
Walking without my quad cane is freedom. I do appreciate the help it gives me, but today I feel untethered..........it's really nice.  I'm moving gingerly, tentatively........but on the inside I feel like Pippi Longstocking skipping down a cobblestone street..........any and all improvements are a BIG DEAL.  HUGE!!!
Don't feel very creative or lively.......but and this is a big 'ol but........I am so grateful for the spasm ceasefire within.
Gonna do a few honey dos...........peace out dudes............xoxo

Sounds like you are about to put the peddle to the metal soon. Way to go. These times when we are in the pits, in dry dock, in the hanger are not good for us, but I guess it is better than being a sleep at the wheel or on a runaway train.

As for me, I can\'t seem to contact a mechanic to see if I should be driving or not right now. If I do make it out of the door today it will be solely for one & only purpose - to get food. Cupboards are getting bare & this old bear will not be happy if he has that to happen to him.

May your \'Bird of Paradise\' only fly to the places you wish for.

Ruthie good the spasms have settled & you ar sitting up right. If you re able to do bits & pieces each day, that woo be good for you. Work out some of the knots. Somehow ou need to be mobile a bit each day so your muscles don\'t atrophy on you. We do lose allot of muscle mass, but that comes with age...can\'t be help that. Enjoy your shows tonight. Nite nite Sparrow, Daphne, Annie & Rio. Love ya.

Love Everybody loves Raymond!! I also like Big Bang Theory and, believe it or not, DH and I watch \'Family Feud\' every night when we have dinner. Love Steve Harvey, he has the best smile on the planet. I like shows that are light and make me LOL. There\'s also a new one \'How to live with your parents\' with Brad Garrett, it\'s really cute. I love The Middle and my favourite is Modern Family! Tons of older shows.... glad your spasms subsided and hope you had some fun with your honey do\'s... xxoo
