Changes
I had two appts today, with my pdoc and then with my therapist.
My pdoc upped my dose of Wellbutrin, which I didn't tolerate well a year ago but we'll see if it works now, I take Geodon and Abilify also. But I don't really like the Abilify, it makes my hands shake at times, so she gave me a pill for that too - I forget the name, and then I take Vistaril which does almost nothing but I take it anyway. So I'm covered on the drugs but my life still sucks.Which is where the therapist comes in. She is convinced that I cling to misery. She, like everyone else, thinks I need to explore ways of getting love without getting it in a one-on-one heterosexual relationship. I say I don't want to settle for less than what I really want.
All my life I've been told I can't have the love I really want. I've always been told - No, chose something else. But there is nothing I desire. Only Love. Too bad for me.

Praying the meds help you, hope you feel better soon.
Is the therapist really telling you to give up on wanting love, or asking you to build up positive experiences in your life so you will become a happier person and more likely to attract love?
