Sick
I just realized how long its been since I wrote in this journal. five months. In that time I have gotten on better meds and felt better overall, which is probably why I didn't write anything here.
But now I'm sick. I don't know what is wrong with me. I woke up a few days ago and was so incredibly dizzy, the room was spinning, I barely kept my balance getting to the toilet and puking my guts out. I felt sorta dizzy the whole day. Then the next couple of days I was fine. Now yesterday and today the same thing again - really dizzy while laying down, makes me nauseous, I throw up but it doesn't make the dizziness go away. I feel like there is something wrong with my brain that is making me dizzy all the time. I have no access to a reg doc, no money no insurance, so I am just hoping what ever this is will just go away - sooner rather than later.

A www! I am so sorry! I had similar symptoms years ago and it turned out to be something called benign positional vertigo. HUGE pain in the ass but not serious. Good luck!
I am glad that you have been doing well until recently. I hope TroJan Thunder is right about the benign positional vertigo. If it gets any worse or if you experience any further symptoms, please try to see someone. I understand, though. I have insurance and I still put things off because it\'s so expensive. I\'d hate for something to happen to you. Big, big hugs.

I get this also...It sounds like \"Vertigo\"...I will have these spells when I am really stressed out...I keep some motion sickness meds (over the counter) in my medicine cabinet...Helps a lot and allows me to relax and sleep it off...Hope this helps
