Sick

I just realized how long its been since I wrote in this journal. five months. In that time I have gotten on better meds and felt better overall, which is probably why I didn't write anything here.
But now I'm sick. I don't know what is wrong with me. I woke up a few days ago and was so incredibly dizzy, the room was spinning, I barely kept my balance getting to the toilet and puking my guts out. I felt sorta dizzy the whole day. Then the next couple of days I was fine. Now yesterday and today the same thing again - really dizzy while laying down, makes me nauseous, I throw up but it doesn't make the dizziness go away. I feel like there is something wrong with my brain that is making me dizzy all the time.  I have no access to a reg doc, no money no insurance, so I am just hoping what ever this is will just go away - sooner rather than later.
