Anyway, I hope everyone is having a good Sunday. I have had a good day so far. Got up early and hit the hot tub to get some relief from the typical stiffness and aches I have in the a.m.. Then at 10:00 hubby and I left for my girlfriend’s place, the one that I have been doing the reno fon. My hubby worked there last weekend doing the installation of a window frame and molding. He went back today to finish up the job and to lay the laminate flooring. We are now finished our part. She just has to do a bit of painting and her new bedroom is already. She said she was as happy as a kid on the last day of school. I am so happy that she is pleased.This is the same friend that had the meltdown on Friday. She went home and took the melatonin I had given her and slept for hours and awoke really refreshed. She then took my advise and made some decisions that needed to be made and she felt the world lift off her shoulders as she came to some conclusions. She now knows the direction she needs to head and what she must do to get the monkey off her back. Once she does this she will have more energy to devote to healing herself.Last evening we spent 3 hours with our friends from the Valley ( in Nova Scotia but three hours away). They were staying with our other friends as they are brothers. We had a lovely supper and a great visit. Once the weather gets nice we will travel down to visit them.I am just catching up on my journals and emails. Then I am going to do some knitting. My scarf is almost finished.Hubby is going to a hockey game tonight so I will have some time to read, watch tv or do whatever.The cruise count down continues...14 days we will be going through ship security or even on the ship and in our cabin.
