WELL, I HAVE A HOUSE FULL TODAY. IT IS A STORM DAY SO I HAVE THE 2 BOYS AND THE ROADS ARE SO... ICY HUBBY IS STAYING HOME FROM WORK. SHOULD BE AN INTERESTING DAY. PROBABLY WON'T GET TOO MUCH DONE HOUSEWORK WISE SO I'LL WORK ON MY PROJECTS.I HAVE A HAIR APPOINTMENT AT 9 FOR A COLOR. I AM SURE I WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE IT WITH THE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. NOW JUST HAVE TO TALK HUBBY INTO WATCHING THE BOYS FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. IF I PUT THEM ON THE COMPUTER THEY WILL BE FINE.YESTERDAY, I WAS JUST GOING TO REST AND WORK ON SOME CRAFT PROJCTS, READ ETC. BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I CALLED MY GAL PAL AND TOLD HER ABOUT A GREAT SALE ON DECOFIBER ( I'LL EXPLAIN THIS LATER) . ANYWAY, WE HAVE TALKED ABOUT HER WANTING HER SPAREROOM WALLS DONE AS SHE WANTS TO MAKE IT INTO THEIR BEDROOM. THE WALLS ARE IN VERY BAD SHAPE! SHE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE THE ENTIRE THING RE-GYPROCKED. COSTLY AND MESSY. SO I VOLUNTEERED TO HELP HER PUT ON THE DECOFIBER, I HAVE IT IN MY PORCH. I WONDERFUL PRODUCT THAT COMES IN A MULTITUDE OF COLORS AND YOU MIX WITH WATER UNTIL IT LOOKS A BIT LIKE PAPER MACHIER BUT MUSHIER. YOU SLAP IT ON AND ROLL IT OUT OR USE YOUR HAND TO PAT IT ON. IT IS EASY TO CLEAN UP. IT HIDES ALMOST ALL IMPERFECTIONS. THERE IS NO NEED TO FILL PICTURE HOLES AND IT CAN COVER UP CRACKS AND MISSING PIECES OF GYPROCK ETC. A REAL MARVEL. I BOUGHT MYSELF ENOUGH TO DO MY UPSTAIRS BATHROOM AND MY KITCHEN. IF YOU GET A STAIN ON IT YOU SIMPLY SPRAY THE AREA WITH HOT WATER AND THAT SECTION PEELS RIGHT OFF. YOU REWORK THE WET STUFF AND PAT IT BACK ON. STAIN... ALL GONE. I ALSO KEEP SOME EXTRA IN MY FREEZER FOR MORE MAJOR TOUCH UPS. IT CAN ALSO BE PAINTED. I DO LOVE THE STUFF. ANYWAY, THE BIG DEAL WAS THAT IT WAS ON SALE. AND I MEAN SALE.... REGULAR $ 33.99 ON FOR $11.79. NOW THE COLORS WERE LIMITED BUT THAT WAS OKAY. SHE NEEDS 10 BAGS TO DO HER ROOM AS SHE WANTS THE CEILING DONE AND INSIDE THE CLOSET. THIS WOULD NORMALLY BE ABOUT $340.00 PLUS TAX SHE PAID ONLY $117.90 PLUS TAX. yEAH, YOU CAN HARDLY GET GOOD PAINT FOR THAT PRICE. I AM GOING TO HELP HER DO IT NEXT WEEK. NOT SURE WHEN I WILL DO MINE.ANYWAY, THIS IS A LONG WAY ROUND TO THE ACTUAL STORY. SO, I WENT TO HER HOUSE TO MEASURE THE ROOM. AFTER THAT WE WERE GOING TO HEAD OFF TO BUY IT BUT WE SAT FOR A COFFE AND SMOKE. SHE STARTED TELLING ME ABOUT SOMETHINGS THAT HAD HAPPENED THE DAY BEFORE AND SHE HAD A TOTAL MELTDOWN ON ME. SHE IS BI POLAR AND THEY HAVE YET TO GET HER SO SHE IS REALLY STABLE FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME 9 DIAGNOSED ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO BUT OFF WORK WITH DEPRESSION 2 YEARS. SO I LISTENED, AND WE TALKED AND DEVELOPED A PLAN FOR DEALING WITH SOME OF THESE ISSUES THAT HAD COME UP. SHE FINALLY CALMED DOWN. WE WENT OUT TO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER FOR WORK AND THEN I HAD A NAIL APPOINTMENT SO I WAS DROPPING HER OFF AT 12. WE WERE IN THE CAR JUST CHATTING AND SHE HBROKE AGAIN. SHE STARTED TALKING ABOUT SUICIDE AND SHE DOES HAVE THIS FAIRLY FREQUENTLY. SHE ASKED IF I WOULD BE MAD AT HER IF SHE DID IT!!! WELL, I FREAKED OUT AND SAID (EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE HERE) " YOU BEAT YOUR ASS I WOULD BE FUCKING PISSED OFF WITH YOU!!" I WENT ON TO SAY THAT IF I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD NOT BE MAD AT HER THAT IT WAS THE SAME AS IF I WAS GIVING HER PERMISSION TO DO SO. I TOLD HER I AM HERE FOR HER 24/7 AND WHEN SHE FELT THE URGE TO CALL ME. I TOLD HER IF SHE DID IT THAT WHEN I GET TO HEAVEN I WOULD KICK HER ASS. SO I LEFT BUT CAME BACK AT 3 AND WE WENT AND GOT THE DECOFIBER FOR HER. SHE WAS IN A BETTER STATE OF MIND. I FELT BETTER ABOUT LEAVING HER BUT STILL A LITTLE WORRIED AND HER MATE WORKS UNTIL 10 AT NIGHT. I WILL CALL HER TODAY AND I AM GOING THERE TOMORROW TO HELP HER WITH HER HOUSEWORK AS IT HAS GOTTEN TO THE POINT IT OVERWHELMS HER.ANYWAY, ON TO A FUNNIER TOPIC, LAST NIGHT I WAS WORKING ON MY NEW RUG HOOKING PIECE WHICH HAS BEEN WHIPPED ONTO A RING. I HAD JUST STARTED MY FIRST ROW OF HOOKING WHEN MICHAEL SAID WE WERE GOING FOR COFFEE WITH FRIENDS AT 7:30. SO I LEFT THE PIECE SITTING ON TOP OF MY FOOTSTOOL WHICH IS QUITE HIGH AND WENT UPSTAIRS TO BRUSH MY HAIR ETC. MICHAEL CAME OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND WENT TO THE REC ROOM TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS. AND HERE WAS JIJI WITH THIS THING AND SHE WAS FLINGING IT IN THE AIR LIKE A FRISBEE AND THEN CHASE AND FLING. IT TOOK MICHAEL A SECOND TO REALIZE THAT WHAT SHE HAD WAS MY RUG HOOKING!!! THE LITTLE DEVIL, HALK OF THE EDGE WAS ALL WET WITH PUPPY SLOBBER, A FEW PUNCTURE MARKS IN THE CLOTH AND A FEW STITCHES MISSING. MIND YOU NOTHING THAT CAN'T BE FIXED BUT IT'S A GOOD THING HE CAUGHT HER OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOAST. SHE IS IN HER TERRIBLE TWOS, I GUESS.WELL, I HAVE TO GO TEND TO THE BOYS. I am so sorry about your friend. It is so difficult for us to watch them suffer because we know just how they feel. I am glad you are there for her to understand and guide her Debbie.
What a hoot about Jiji. She was probably jealous because you were spending time with the rug and not her. That and she is a puppy.
Our schools were closed yesterday after we got 6 inches of snow but they did go today. It will be very quiet around here.I have an appt later and I work tomorrow or I would have gone to moms this morning. I know I will get there and I am trying for next Monday. I do feel so much better but I want to see her anyway, I miss her.

You have been busy. It is hard to deal with these friends that decide they want to off themselves, isn\'t it. I have on too. But it is so good that you were there for her. That wall stuff sounds really neat.

I\'m sorry your friend is having such a rough go of it right now, hope that get\'s better before she does something that can\'t be fixed.
We are having the same basic weather as you at the moment, been snowing for three days but didn\'t get into the real blizzard, white out stuff until today and the temp has dropped down to 6*F. That combined with wind gusts up around 50 MPH makes it just miserable if you need to go out. Hope you get your hair done, I\'m seriously thinking of getting a wig, my hair is like a two year olds and I\'m so tired of trying to make it do something. Hugs
It is so hard to deal with someone who is so ill. she really needs professional help. I went through the same thing with a client of mine and it was hell. It keeps you scared all the time. she did end up getting on the right drugs and they help her some but not enough.
