Well, this is me on the cruise, which by the way was the pits!!! We had a ball in Bermuda itself, beautiful island, lovely people, lots to see. But the cruise ship the Norwegian Dream, which by the way was making it’s last trip, it had been sold to another line, was horrific!!! Our last cruise and next cruise was/is with Carnival and we had a blast, everything was just so.. Food, friendliness, cleanliness, entertainment the whole package. We had such a good time that’s why we booked so soon on this one. What a huge mistake, it’s like comparing apples to onions! I will never sail Norwegian lines again. And the 10 hour bus ride from home to the port of boston was long but it was nothing compared to coming home, 15 hours..... we sat in the dark in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire waiting for the tire service people to come. The last two hours I thought I would scream! We left Boston at 10 a.m. and arrived home at 2 a.m.. This was my first, last and only bus tour. Let me fly any day. I am so... sorry that I have not answered any journals and now I feel so out of the loop after two weeks away. Since I have returned I have been very... ill. I have the absolutely worst cold I have ever had in my life. I cough so hard I gag and can’t breathe, scary!! I’ve got all the meds you can get to help with the symptoms but it just keeps hanging on. I have left the house very little in over 9 days. I did do a counsellor session but cancelled my pdoc. I did get to Moncton ( 40 minutes away) for my head MRI. Michael has to drive because I am way too dizzy to drive. I am just now getting things unpacked. So unlike someone who is OCD!! But I really couldn’t care less. Actually, we are going to wash everything and just repack it for the trip in March. Don’t need summer wear now! Anyway, I have to get back to bed. I’ll do my best to answer some journals in the next day or so or at least read them. Be well. Debbie

Glad part of it was good. Sorry part of it was bad. I cringed hearing the bus story, I hate buses. Just delete my journals and start fresh, make it easy on yourself, nothing new has happened for me anyway...DO IT! Get better..Love Naomi xo

Welcome home! But I\'m sorry you came back ill. That coughing you describe sounds troubling. You might need to have an X-ray.

In any event, I hope you\'re feeling a little better today. It really is nice to see the resumption of your journal entries. I missed you...

Hugs

Darn Debbie I am so sorry you are sick. Thats the pits. You might have picked up the germs on the boat or bus, who knows. Please take care of yourself so you dont get pneumonia. Stay in touch with your doc. My hubby takes large quantities of echanacea (sp) when he is sick and it shortens the duration. Take vitamin c too.

I am sorry about your trip being a bummer, you so looked forward to it. Knowing you though, you made the best of it. Live and learn, heh? I hope you got some good pics. I thought of you while you were gone and missed ya. Hugs

P.s. dont worry about journals and hugs, we will survive. YOU take care of YOU. Hugs, blessings and prayers for wellness.

It\'s good to have you home and Im so sorry the cruise was such a wash out. I\'ve never been on one and don\'t think I\'m the type to handle it well but then I don\'t fly so unless you can drive somewhere I guess a ship is the only thing left.
I sure hope that darn ship isn\'t one of them that has some super bug that\'s mutated in it\'s system because of the closed environment and all the people. That seems to happen way to often.
Take care of yourself and get well, we\'ll still be here when your up to getting on wiht things, hugs and loves, Georgia

I\'m glad to hear you are home safe but so sorry you didn\'t have a good time. I hope your cold goes away soon.

I have had the headacke and neckache from hell for the past 3 days. My pain meds are taking some of the edge off but they make me so slow in thinking and talking. I don\'t like the way they make me feel but I can\'t handle this pain. My hips and legs feel like a toothache so it has to be this cold damp weather. So this will be a short response.

Take care my friend,
hugs Cathy
