This is a pic of a happier day for me. this was the first day of our cruise with Miami in the background. It's too bad that right now I couldn't have had some of that happiness bottles so I could take a drink and be rid of this depression. In my dreams !!!Still no sleep, day 5, this is getting old !! I am a zombie. Had my last anxiety group meeting today, boy, I'm glad that's over.I'm not going to say anymore tonight. I think I'll take a glass of wine, 2 sleeping pills and see if I can knock myself out. Don't worry I will not over medicate. Catch you tommorrow. Debbie

I know what you mean about happiness in a bottle. I think if were possible many people would probably overdose on it.
Anyway, sorry to hear about your depressiona and no sleep. Try to relax and take it easy. Hope you feel better soon!

I think it is the bp showing it\'s anger face. Seems like no one ca sleep or are feeling bad. I have been in the dumps for a couple days and I have not had trouble for 3 years. Pdoc gave me Ambien...That was GOODNIGHT. Might try that again. Hope you get the well neede sleep. Good pic..Naomi
