Tried to put up an image and one minute it would let me and the next it wouldn't, what's with that. Damn computers!!! Been missing all my DS friends, it's been 8 days since I've been on line. I have a lot of trouble sitting in a chair for any amount of time due to my accident ( the fall down the icy stairs and 6 foot slide across the rough ice ). I'm still really..... black and blue with a lovely shade of yellowish green added in. I still hurt a lot on my right side so sitting in my computer chair and typing do not go well together. I'll be on line when I can.Feelings/moods, not too bad a few ups and a few downs with a few good days thrown in for good measure. boy, do I every enjoy those good days to the fullest because You never know when one will come again. Saw my pdoc and counsellor last week, everything is the same. My counsellor wants to expore ways to make the difficult tasks in my life easier to manage and to cause me less stress. Good luck on that one but i guess I should keep an open mind.my daughter is doing very well so this relieves a lot of my stress!! My hubby is well as is the rest of my family. We have had a lot of snow this winter but not the severe cold we usually get. We're suppose to get another storm tomorrow unless it's been cancelled, i haven't listened to the weather today.Anyway, I'll try to get back to everyone as soon as I can. Be well, Debbie

It\'s so good to hear from you. Sorry your still in pain, hope you feel better soon.
We have a lot of snow here too but not as much as NS gets by any means!!!
Take care and no more falling! Hugs Cathy
Hi Deb. Oh sweetie I am sorry to hear about your fall...I use aromatherapy oils and can recommend Black Pepper oil for bruises. It helps bring them out quicker so they hurt less. It has to be mixed with a base oil like sweet almond. Hope this helps. I haven\'t been online properly for weeks either, mine \'cause of a move. I am becoming aquainted with snow now...snow is my friend...right now...ask me in a years time. I bet that hot tub is coming in useful in helping to ease your aches and pains!
Take good care of yourself and pray for Spring.
Hugs
Jules
