Not going to say much, just letting all of my DS buddies that I'm still alive. Not doing great on a lot of days lately but no big reasons why. I hate that no reason to be depressed but boom there you are in the pits, AGAIN!!!! I also had an accident on Sat. It had been freezing rain and our deck and backstair were covered in ice. I tied the dog out. when I went back out to get him ( I'm only wearing a short night shirt and my hubby's old flannel jacket) I slipped on the first step and went all the way to the bottom and across 4 feet of ice and the bottom and came to an aburpt halt when I hit the snowbank. As I tried to get up my feet kept slipping out from under me, Picture this, hands on the ice, bare rear end up in the air, nightie around my waist. It was not a pretty sight, luckily no one walked by, but then again I was in so... much pain I couldn't care less. I finally struggled up the stairs and into the house. I scraped both ankes badly, a long cut on the left leg and a good size bruise. But my right side took the brunt of it. My right buttock was swollen and almost immediately began to bruise, my right shoulder blade also took a hit. As a result I could barely move and sitting down was difficult and sitting was even worse. It's now Mon and I am still in a fair amount of pain. Let me tell you that hottub of our's certainly was worth the money. Anyway, I'll try to get on when I'm not in so... much pain and i also have a lot of doc appointments this week. Be well, Debbie

Sweetie, I am so sorry that happened to you. You must feel miserable. You have to be so careful in this crumby weather. I think that is part of the reason for your depression too. I always struggle more in the winter when it is gloomy outside and I cant get out into my garden. I sure hope you feel better soon and dont bruise up too much. Take care of yourself. Luv and hugs

Oh my gosh Debbie, you better take things easy for a while. It\'s a miracle that you didn\'t break any bones. You will have to devise a better plan for getting the dog in and out in this weather. By the way is the dog ok?? Can you put some epsom salts in a hot tub? They are great for soreness in the muscles and bruises. Blessings. xoxox

Hi Debbie please take care of yourself. Check in with your doctor to make sure everything is ok. I feel myself in our kitchen 2 years ago with water on the floor. i had to have lower back surgery. It was not any fun. Enjoy your Hot Tub it will make you feel so much better. Ales and I are doing great. We took a short vacation to Calif. to see our grandkids. They are so sweet and growing so fast. Be very careful and rest as much as you can. Love ya\' Suzanne
