pg_2137483867.jpgMy Xmas tree all done in silver this year. I have a few more Xmas pics on my photo site.

Still feeling really.... exhausted. Everyday is a little worse. Started b complex and hope they kick in soon. i have a reg doc app. on fri and i may ask about a b vitamin shot. i also want to get the twinrex vaccination for hep A and B because we are going on the cruise. last thing i need is hep a or b.

suppose to have women's group today but we are having a mild winter storm. 8 inches last night another 8 today, nothing to serious but some of our members live quite aways out of town. rescheduled for next week.

i'm still on my diet and it is slow going but it's going. i really miss my chocolate!!!

overall, i don't feel great probably due to the fatigue. i'm trying to stay as upbeat as possible so i don't go to the dark place. i'm resting a lot because that's what my body needs and besides i'm so tired i can't do much anyways.

well, i'm headed back to bed and maybe watch some tv, they have some of the old comedies on in the am like Ellen, Grace under Fire etc. nothing heavy. So i'm signing off for now. have a great day no matter what you're doing. debbie

I am learning to cope with the fatigue moments by doing small things whilst resting. Even reading a few pages of a book is a big thing to do on these days, somethign I have learned to give myself credit for instead of righting it off as being nothing.
Hope this is of help

Is it a universal thing this time of year? I\'ve been overcome with fatigue since the end of December. Keeping on keeping your mood up inspight of the fatigue and I\'ll try to do the same. A little walk in the fresh air helps me sometimes. Blessings. xoxox
