Not much new today. Still feeling REALLY tired, can hardly get out of my own way. this is days four of feeling this tired. I am always fatigued to a certain extent but nothing like this. iI bought myself a full Vitamin B complex today, maybe that will help. If not I have a doc appointment on the 16th. i'll speak to him about it maybe he might even give me a shot of VitaminB's. I have finally got a family doc, it's been about 6 months since my other one moved away. I need refills on my crestor med for high colesteral and I need my meds for high blood pressure. Just what i nedd more meds. Oh,well, that's life.

Went grocery shopping with hubby the pm. Tonight we are going to the show with our friends, hope I can stay awake. It's one I really want to see. Nicholas Cage in Buried Treasure. I love those kind of movies. I have also been watching the first season of House. I started watching it about 6 months ago and really like it. Michael bought it for me for Xmas.

My daughter had to leave her job because they ut the hours back, way back. But she got a new job in 2 days. After 3 months she gets a bonus 0f $500 and after 6 months another $500. plus they can earn bonuses over and above their regular pay. It also includes a medical plan. I'm so pleased that she has gotten a job that has full time hours.

Well, I'm going to close now and try to answer some journals. Be well, Debbie

Debbie it is so hard to want to do things and yet to be so tired that it\'s almost impossible to move. So many women fight this off and on but it gets to be more often after we are over the age of 50-55 I think. At least it has been for me. I pray you will find some help in your new meds and that your hard nights will go away and not return. Nights can be depressing when you are the only one awake and know the morning is coming but you\'ll not be ready for it. I really an understand it all and have started to move away from the same problem over this past week. I\'m glad to see you are still trying to keep up with your responses to friends journals. I know you were one that I could always count on when I wrote each day and it was always such a positive encouragement to me. Don\'t give up and remember I am praying for you and that God will give you rest and relieve you of the anxiety you find so often. He can give peace of mind but you need to ask Him believing He will. Much Love and many hugs, Sylvia

Tha baskets are beautiful Debbie...you are very talented!
And sounds like your daughter is finding her feet, and not treading on yours so much!!LOL
I\'ve got fatigue issues too and I know how you feel. For me getting over the frustration of not having energy is as bad as the fatigue itself.
Hope you enjoy the show tonight.
Blessings
Jules
