Not much happenin in my life today, just major exhaustion. Don't know why. Can hardly put one foot in front of the other. Went to pdoc yesterday and told him about my stange dreams that wake me at 3 in the am and then i can't get back to sleep. This is probably the problem. I am so tired and useless I'm having bouts of uncontolled crying. and this makes me even more tired!!!! Is there no end to this hell??? Got a new ccombo of meds, not sure what they are as I can't read his writing. Don't know how the pharmacist does it. i know he's upped some and downed others.. Round we go again!!!
Anyway, I'm going to say good bye for to day, maybe tomorrow will be brighter. Be well, Debbie

That is the most beautiful picture, I want to go there. Can we go together. It upsets me so much when one of my friends is having problems and can\'t quite get the meds right, but don\'t give up, you will get it. Took me quite a while but I got it and you will too...Love Naomi
beautiful picture .i know just what you mean with the meds. you just get so tired changing meds and playing with the dosing .but just keep trying you will find the right one. this is such a terrible monster that we have to live with .i am sorry you are hurting so much ..i am here for you ...hugs hugs and love ..just rest ..love marie you are not alone ..
