we've had the odd flurry today, nothing that accumulated, just a reimder of what is to come Br......  This little grahic scene reminds me that winter is here.

I've been very busy the last day or two. so I apologize to anyone that I did not respond to their journal. I'll try to be better. I'll see how many I can get done today but it's almost supper time and it's our night to go out for supper with our friends so we tend to get home later than usual.

I've also been busy with my hot tub. We have had a major problem since Wed.. the tub started to create lots and lots of bubbles/foam. It was so bad it even spilled on to the floor. What a mess!!! If the jets and pump were off it got crystal clear but you can't use it that way. I used up 3/4 of a bottle of anti-foamer and it made no difference. We checked all the levels with test stripes and some had to be adjusted. This took part of Wed. ans almost all of Thurs..  Nothing seemed to help, we actually went over the limit on the readings. I did everything I could. I even removed 10 huge buckets of water and replaced it with fresh but no go. I was getting really.... stressed over this. We decided that I  would go to Moncton, 40 minutes away, and go to the spa dealer there. They have a machine that reads all the levels and components and then gives you a typed report of the measures and actually tells you how to fix it. The water from the tub was way over the limit and some of them cannot be fixed. I also took my tap water and had it analized and got a report. the man went over it all with me and I only need to buy one new item. However, I forgot to get another bottle of anti foam. there's always something I forget. My memory is shot!!! Anyway, we are going to drain the tub tomorrow and start fresh. That's what the recommended as well. It's funny we have not had any problems for a whole month then everything goes wrong. Ain't that always the way.

I have been doing a lot of wrapping, most of it done except me daughters, feels good to get it out of the way early.
