Up and down then really down. I really, really am getting worn out with this illness. I know about the fatique but everyday seems to be getting worse. Plus I can't sleep past 4:00. I want to, I really do but i just can't get back to sleep. I also cannot take a nap in the daytime no matter how exhausted I am. I guess I just frustrated right now that after 20 months I have made no progress, i'd like to have seen just a glimmer of improvement. I wonder what I'll do from here??? I just don't know which way to turn to get well. I do everything my pdoc says, I go to group sessions, I have a counsellor, I eat well, i have a wonderful hubby and supportive friends. It just doesn't make any difference.
Really not up to writing much more today. so to all my dear friends have a rest full sun. Be well, Debbie

Ohhhh honey, you are in my heart. I am so sorry you feel so poorly. Do you go to bed early, is that why you wake early? I know when I go to bed early and wake early I actuall feel much better than when I go to bed late and wake late. Have you talked to you pdoc about your fatigue? What does he say? Have you discussed the meds you take during the day, maybe an adjustment would help the fatigue. I still cant get over the fact that you take seroquel during the day, I would be knocked out. Yesterday there was a post on the discussion boards about Seroquel XR. The people taking it say they are much less tired with it during the day. I am going to ask my pdoc about it next week. The seroquel at night helps me sleep but if I dont sleep certain hours I am very groggy in the morning. They also said they feel they are sleeping better. Hmmm, just a thought to share with you. Honey, I hope you feel better. I will continue to pray for you and your journey to wellness. You will get there, be patient. I know that is easy for me to say, you have been struggling so long. But after this long there has to be an answer. Insist on something with your pdoc and therapist. You should have a better quality of life. I have even noticed the last few weeks you are sliding down. Part of that is the winter months moving in, but now more than ever you need to be motivated and up and it is hard to do that feeling the way you do. Luv and Hugs Debbie. ((((HUGS)))) Shelly
Today is hard for you i see. I am not afflicted with this malady but I do understand the ravages of depression and how it can sap my energy and keep me from sleep days in a row. I too have a deep faith and have been able to draw on that more and more as I write my daily journals here. I plan on continuing and will keep reading your too for improvement to your days and nights. May God take care of you continually. Sylvia
How frustrating. I know you work really hard on trying to get well. I wish I had a magic wand and could wave it for you. I don\'t sleep much know either. The sleep I do get is really good sleep. I sure hope that something good happens for you soon. How long have you been on the meds that you are on now? Is it time to try something different? Hugs and more hugs, Donna
