smiley-yell.gifI'm not going to say much today as I'm not in a good place emotionally. As DMNF says " I'm hanging on the rim of deep depression." A very suitable analogy. I have slowed down almost completely since Wed. afternoon and it has gradually deepened. I'm doing everything I can to avoid the drop!!!

Had my hair done today as usual, had foils ut in. I had a few teary session while there. A little embarrassing as this is my new hair dresser and she is not to sure what to do when I', like this. My old hair dresser was use to me after 10 years and just went with the flow.

Have an electroysis app. this afternoon, 3:30. I guess God decided we needed a few more perks as we get older, chin hair and all body parts moving south. LOL!!!

then my hubby called and said we were going to our friends for supper instead of going out to eat. I was not too impressed but what can you do. i'm to bring dessert, thank heaven's I made some yesterday. Well, I'll close for now. Wishing all of you a great weekend, Debbie

Hi Debbie, like dmnf say\'s do everything you can do to hang on and maybe you will get lucky and climb out. I was falling last week and started to feel better, it comes and goes. For me it is winter coming, I feel like a mole in the winter. I have lost my DS e-mail connections and have writen 5 times, so I never know when anyone journals without looking them up. I do get messages and hugs. They are ticking me off. I cried at carrotts tonightstarted thinking negative thoughts, then I said out loud \"No way in hell am I going there\". Made some brownies and licked the beaters and had 2 when they were cool and feel better. Did you know that chocolate releases the feel good endorphin dopamine, the same one you release when you are falling in love. Really a pdoc told me that...So have some chocolate, not a cure but will taste good.lol...hugs to you.

Debbie, big warm hugs for you. The depression is the hardest part of the cycle for me too. I find myself wanting to withdraw from everything and everybody. I was glad to hear you were spending time with friends even though you felt bad. Keep smiling honey it will pass. Know that I am praying for you and sending you positive feelings that this wont last long.
