smiley-undecided.gifHaven't been on lately so I'm a little behind the eight ball with what is going on with everybody. I tried to answer all the most recent journals, hope I didn'y miss anyone, if so it was by accident. Not been at the top of my game in the last wekk or so,daughter problems. the only downside is that once I get her to a place where she is settled the stress remains with me for days or weeks, she drains me. I love her but she takes her pound of flesh. It seems like it's one drama after another with her!!! Now that she is settles she has not called me for 6 days. This REALLY PISSES me off. She calls constantly when she has problems but does give a thought to me after going through hell and back for her. If I sound bitter, I am!!!

I have a pdoc appointment today, oh. joy. I'm to the point of saying the hell with this foolishness. I've been taking so many drugs and switching amounts and types I can't keep track. All I know is that i am no better after19 months. I would think that there should be some improvement but there's not. This alone mkes me even more depressed. I'm doing everything I can do to help myself and I'm not getting any return for my efforts. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.

I'll write more later, gotta have lunch before I go out. Be well, my friends, Debbie

Debbie, I think you really do try to do everything in your power to help yourself. It is so frustrating when it doesn\'t work. I hope something changes for the good very soon. I have missed you. Hugs and more hugs, Donna

Debbie, hope things get better soon. It\'s hard trying to get meds just right. You are a strong person. Sometimes our children don\'t realize that if they just pick up the phone and say hi! it helps us. I told my one son to call me sometime when he didn\'t want something cause I was getting paranoid everytime I saw his number on the phone. Blessings.

Hi Debbie
Sorry to hear your daughter is driving round the bend...she sounds like a clone of my lass! I\'m learning to deal with my girl by taking my power back and by saying no. When she winds me up I let the moment pass as best I can and then I call her, or email and tell her how I find the way she has acted not acceptable in MY world. This seems to work when I remember to not get caught up in her daily dramas.
The med game...oh I am soooo with you on that one. what choices do we have though, other than to be human guinea pigs? The alternative is so unattractive.
Hang in there hun and I am sure with your amazing strength and awareness that you will come through the other side..better than better!
And remember, the big picture may be daunting but the small little steps we take, the moments of health and joy, slowly propel us towards equilibrium.
Hugs
Jules
