smiley-undecided.gifStill feeling a little down today, more tired than anything I think. I find the emotional rollercoaster just takes the wind out of my sails. Still dealing with some issues with Danielle but less traumatic. I hope the worst is over!!! For her sake as well as my sanity. I hate, hate, hate this illness!!!!!!!!!!!!!smiley-yell.gif I' just starting to get a little better and bam I get blindsided and down I go. I can usually get back to a moderate mode fairly quickly, after all practise makes perfect.smiley-laughing.gifAnd believe me I've been down this road many times in the last 14 years. Even when I'm "well", I'm not back to my pre bi polar state. My norm is much lower now and there are just somethings I cannot not do. And i avoid these like the plague. I will never be the fire ball, supermom, super teacher, super leader, multitasker, I once was. I have almost accepted that. But it is a hard pill for me to swollow. I want so badly to be back to those good61944_46c39079e8adc.gif old days when nothing fizzed me a bit, I was spontaneous, let's go kind of person. Now I can't make any firm plans because I never know when it's going to come up and bite me on the ass. So when I get down about something, I also start to dwell on the person I was and wonder where she's gone!! And I know all the psycobabble of what to do but sometimes it hust so damned hard!! Guys, I know this joirnal entery is a downer for you to read and a downer for me to write so I'll end this sob story right here and now. Be well, Debbbie.

I wonder, did we always have bipolar or does it just come on at certain times in our lives? If it just comes on, why can\'t it just go off. Things are definitely different after the diagnosis. Feelings are never a downer, they are what you experience and we know that these feelings will change. Take care, blessings. Mary

If I put fibro( and everything else going on with me) in the spots you put bipolar, we are sharing the same road. So if I put my arm around your waist and you put your\'s around mine maybe we can reach the end of the road together. Take care dear friend, hugs Cathy
