smiley-yell.gifI have selected blue for today because that's how I'm feeling!!! Still on the crying jag, it wears me out plus I don't know what started it and don't know how to stop it. I pray for it to end as quickly as it came. In the meantime I just have to keep my eyes on the bright light at the top of the pit and scrabble up the side to get there. However, sometimes I slide back and have to start again. It is depressing and exhausting as you all know so well.

I have an excerpt from one of Sylvia Browne's books, Spiritual connections and it made me think of some of you on DS, for others it may not apply.

She says, "I don't think that someones that's had a perfect life could ever understand when others are having rough times. you have to know what it's like in that pit to feel their pain...and rest assured that I know what it's like down in the pit.

When their in a rough situation, people often tell themselves, " But if I don't stay with this person, maybe I'll never have anyone. " I say that it's better to be alone than in an abusive, hateful,or demeaning relationship that places you in a dark hole of despair.

This is so true. Gotta go I really getting teary and panicky so it's time to stop, your prayers and positive thoughts are very much appreciated,. Be well, Debbie

Hi there!! It sure is true that you have to be there to really understand. That\'s why I love DS so much, I don\'t have to explain everything over and over and that gets depressing in a hurry. I may not completely understand bipolar, but I do understand depression, pain and panic attacks. Hang in there sweety, I\'m here for ya!! Hugs Cathy

Thanks for sharing the quotes from Sylvia Browne. Maybe we all have to suffer so that we will have understanding and empathy for others. I wish I could think of something cheerful to say to help you feel better. How much longer will your hubby be on blueberry duty? It would be nice if he could be home more with you. Dry the tears for awhile and hope they start coming back less frequently. Love you and hurting for you. Hugs and more hugs, Donna

Huugs and support, Debbie, I am really sorry you crying and not feeling good. I like the quota of aka being alone sometimes is better. However I kinda disagree, depression makes us feel bad, thinking others abuse the relationship, but often they-- the others simply do not understand us, rather meaning anything bad. Simple communication-- could help a lot. And checking whether the person really hurts you intentionally.
