Hi, everyone, hope you are having a good day. I am feeling so.so. I few minor panic attacks and a little depressed. Hope it stays that way and I don't swing in to a deeper depression, that often happens. Only time will tell. I'm also feeling anxious because I have quite a few things to do today, appointments etc. I am having a hard time judging the time I should leave or what I should do first. I have rewritten my to do list twice already.
I have been doing some weird things while I am asleep. I have started sleep walking for lack of a better word. First, there was the incident where I brought the kitchen chair upstairs because in my dream I was cutting wood and needed someting to hold the other end. No memory of this ubtil I saw the chair outside my bedroom door. Then last week I went downstairs and washed the pots and pans from supper the previous night. Last night and this is funny but again no memory, my husband found me sound asleep while sitting on the toilet with the seat down, and no I did not have an accident, can't figure that one out. LOL. However, these little incidents freak me out. What if I decide to go for a car ride!!!!
Well, I can't write anymore I have to get dressed and go to my first appointment. Thinking of all of you, Debbie

Debbie, night incidents, even though funny, but needed to be reported to your doc. It is important. As for indicisivness, for me to make a decision-- even what to put on my do list is the tough one. Thanks for comments in my journal.
Maybe your husband should hide the car keys, and the credit cards. lol. I hope you start feeling better soon, and that your appointments go well. :)
Hope you got on Ok with your appointments today. Thinking about you. x
I agree with owshen, have your husband hide the keys lol!!! Hope this ends soon, my brother went through a stage where he tried to hold the ceiling up in his sleep (attic bedroom) and another time took his sheets off his bed and folded them in a pile at the end of his bed. Hope you had a good day. Sandy
Debbie, you sound like an interesting person to live with! LOL You probably should let your doctor know about the sleep walking. It could be related to your medications. I hope you got through your busy day without too much stress. Hugs and more hugs, Donna
Oh, my gosh!!!! I am sorry, but that is so funny...I hope you don\'t get hurt!! My brother used to sleep walk too, and the hall closet was next to the bathroom door. He was found peeing in the closet one night!!! My youngest son, Jon also sleep walks... he broke a window with his fist once. Yikes!!
PS - i always try to keep a copy of my lists somewhere, I tend to lose them!!! I can so relate to what you are saying about making decisions...so frustrating someitmes.
