smiley-undecided.gifStill feeling kind of depressed, I am almost ready to cry at the drop of a hat. I hate that feeling and especially when you never know why? Right now I can still function somewhat normaly but it wouldn't take much to set me off. So I'll try to avoid any stressful situations. However, I do have a hair appointment today. I am due to have my hair dyed and the foils put back in. Normally this is no big deal, I've been having it done for years. BUT this is the first time my new hairdresser will be doing it with her product line. We had to choose colors from her company to match with my old hairdressers company. I hope it turns out well because I'm very fussy with my hair. If it doesn't turn out right then that could set me off.

My nutrisystem diet kit arrived today. I'm anxious to look in the box but it will have to wait until I return from my appointment. I lost 40 pounds last year but I put 18 of it back onsmiley-yell.gif My fault for overindulging. What can I say I love food.!!! Plus I still had 20 to loose so I'm looking at loosing about 40 pounds. That will be my ideal weight. I now this will take awhile especially with 3 of my meds make you gain weight, what a battle, all up hill. But I'm determined to get it off.

Just returned from hairdresser and I like my color. It is a little more towards the violet side than I had before but it looks great. she does have to redo my foils as they did not come out light enough but she will do that next week. so now I'm off tosee my nutrisystem box. Be well, Debbie

Hi Debbie, I\'m glad your hair turned out well. I never like my hair when it is first done. Good luck with the nutrisystem. I really need to loose weight, but I have to get over the depression I have been dealing with. I haven\'t got a chance when I am depressed. I hope you feel better. I hate the \"cry at a drop of the hat\" stage too. Hugs and more hugs. Donna

Glad things went well with the hair. I have experienced a bad dye job and that is upsetting, but hilarious to look at> I looked like Bozo the clown. Bill came to my rescue and drove from Pugwash to Amherst in a snow storm to buy a tint to calm it down. He is so caring and chivalrous. (Of course mine was a home job)
Sending you good vibes to lift your mood. What sylvia browne books did you get? Blessings, Mary
