 Last night very little sleep, again!!! That's four in a row, not a good sign. I'm really tired and getting stressed over little things. I know don't sweat the small stuff. Easier said than done.

Yesterday was a perfect day for being outside. It was about 72 degrees with a gentle breeze to keep the mosquitos away. I worked for a good part of the day watering and weeding my gardens. I also put out some beer traps for the darn slugs in my garden, they'll eat almost anything. I also filled all of my bird feeders, that takes awhile because I have quite a few.. I also have a special one for my friendly little squrrel.

Then I had a light supper of steamed veggies and lean steak. Watched a little TV and headed to bed about 8:00. I need to get to bed early because I'm exhausted. Then it was up and down all night.

My daughter leaves at 3:10 on the bus to Halifax. Guess who's paying for that trip? Yup... good old mom. I'm such a soft touch!! Anyway, she'll have her pay cheque when she gets back to the city.

I'm still trying to peg my mom down for a lunch engagement. Who would think that would be a hard thing to do? She is busy, busy, busy.

Not sure what I'll do the rest of today. Maybe finish reading a magazine, try to do the crossword puzzles again, the easy ones, and maybe work on my rug. We'll see. In the meantime everyone have a terrific day. Be well, Debbie
