Can't get the site to accept any of my comments even though I've try several time with different people. Don't know what's up. So I'll write as soon as the problem has cleared up.
Went to see my councellor the morning we had a good hour and a half session mostly about the book I'm reading and the exercises I have to do. I'm making slow progress on making myself less of a perfectionist, not easy after 51 years of being like that.
Then wennt to rug hooking shop to get more black. Talking to owner for awhile she is an artist would works in wool. She is well know in rug hooking circles. Her work sell for thousands of dollars. She has even published books. Very nice lady gives you lots of ideas and advise. I need all I can get. It is a very calming hobby, not brain surgery but I'm proud of my work.
Was going to go to the gym and get a tan too but just don't feel like it so I'm not going still feeling depressed and tired.
I'm a lot sad because my husband will be leaving on Sunday for three or four weeks to go to Maine and run a harvesting crew for bluberries. He does this every year and I miss him SOO.....much when he's away. He calls every other night but it's not the same. the days just drag on and usually my depression gets worse so the girls try to occupy me. Bless them!
Tomorrow, Friday, one of my good friendsĀ and I are going out to lunch at this little tea shop. Then on Mon. my other friend and I will be going to the island for 2 days to visit another friend. We always enjoy our visits.
Well, I have to take my dogs to the groomers so I better close for now.

You are sooo great at keeping busy, it will help you through whilst your man is away.
I think the site is experiencing some difficulties as I have had computer script added to some of my comments. I emailed Doug and they will get everything sorted out hopefully.
Friends are indeed a blessing and sounds like you have some extra special ones there Debbie.
Old habits do indeed die hard but give yourself a huge pat on the back for taking them on and doing the work you need to help you heal.
More power to you woman!
Big Hugs
Jules
I hope your rug work will help keep you busy while your hubby is away. It is a long time to be alone. I am sure that those good friends will help keep you busy as well as the girls. I am glad you are doing well with the counseling. Things like that do take time. Keep busy. I hope you make it to the gym again soon. Hugs and more hugs. Donna
