Not sure
Today marks a month since my Marissa's accident. The last time I saw my baby was 1 month and 41 minutes ago! How I long to hear her, hug her, drive her to a friends, anything! I really do not know how I will learn to live again. I know everyone keeps saying one moment at a time and it seems like when I feel peace for a minute, the horrible reality smacks me in the face that she is gone! How is this even possible that this has happen to me and my family?
Yesterday I felt a different kind of ok after going to the hospital to see the boys family and meet his mother. Now again I am back to where this pain and emptiness I feel is so unbearable that I can hardly take another breath.
I miss her!!

Of course you do. The hurt is so big, so raw, it\'s gushing pain.....days do go by. We always miss them and love them, but we make peace with the awful pain...it sounds stupid when I read this. So, tight hugs, I am holding your hand, remember we understand and are with you all the way. Love, Abby
Just read these last three journals. You were very brave to go to the hospital and I think you did the right thing by following your heart. And now back to the unbearable. Everyone is different, and everyone grieves differently. I am not surprised, however, with your apparent roller coaster ride as you are still at the very beginning of this very difficult and exhausting journey. Keep doing as you are doing, come here often for support, and take each moment one at a time. By the way, I still think now and then that my JASON is away at college and it is close to six years... Love, prayers, and hugs, Sharon
You are grieving the worst loss possible and it feels just as you describe. Unbearable and not believable on so many levels.
One baby step at a time and with you in the sorrow, the hurt, the longing and in the messiness of grief.
Hold on tightly and feel our hands outstretched to hold onto yours. So many days YOU are all who keep me afloat.
Heartfelt (((hugs))) of care and understanding,
XO Joanie
so understand......
Just breathe!! Hugs, Kathy
When I lost my son Ken, I really do not know how my heart kept beating as it was shattered into so many pieces , the pain was so unbearable it just didn\'t seem possible it would take another beat. It did and has. But when we are in the depths of our hurt and losing our child is the worse pain I feel one can endure, our whys of everything is there. I wish I could say words that could heal your heart right now, but there is none...I do know that the moms in this group gave me strength day by day. Your right we are lost without our child. My thoughts are with you...Sandi
I wish there were secrets to tell you that would make it better but they don\'t exist. This pain is unimaginable except for those that endure it. I am so sorry you have to walk down this horrible road with us....!
