Dreams

Ok, if I could I would have titled this "weirded out!" Ever since I was hospitalized I have been having the strangest dreams. The dr. says it's from the meds. It's not like I totally remember them all in detail the next day. They kind of act like a flashback when you remember parts of it and it shakes you up a little or sometimes a lot. I toss and turn a lot when I sleep. I know that our minds still work while we sleep. That's why the comment about "I'll sleep on it" is so true. I do that a lot when I want to cut at night. I'll tell my alter to "sleep on" it and if in the morning she still wants to act by all means "go for it." All most always the desire is gone, but those are the nights when my dreams are so weird.
I understand that dreams do have some significance to them. Perhaps I'll leave a note pad by the bed just in case I wake up enough to write them down. Then I could process them in therapy.
The medication I'm on is Seroquel xr,Buspar, and Lamictal. Any body esle take these and have the same reaction? Or am I just working a lot in my head while I sleep?
