I saw my doc on Thursday, and also got sick that afternoon, unrelated.  I don't know what I had, maybe stress.  He prescribed Ambien at 5 mg to help the sleep, and told me to go back to the 50 mg Seraquol as I had went back to 100 on my own.  However the dreams are now nightmares.  Last night I almost did not take the meds becasue I did not want to sleep.  Seeing my therpaist today.  Other than that, I am holding on.  One day, one hour at a time.
