Thank you all for your prayers.  The lawyers went fine and the charges will be dropped.  This hit us out of the blue, i have had one speeding ticket my whole life then i get these charges brought on me and it is like WOW.  As far as my nephew, thank you guys.  The story behind all of this is, his mother and i have been best friends since 1978 and then we both got married and she had a child and i had two children.  We would get together often and then i divorced and married my current husband 5 yrs ago and she met his brother at our wedding and then a year later they were married.  So we as best friends since the age of 12 ended up being related.  I don't want to bore you anymore but i thought i would give you the run down on this situation.   Everytime i drive into Phoenix and on my way home i feel so lonely and i cry because i miss my son and his dorkiness.  I know that sounds crazy but i always called him my dork child because we were both cut ups.  Gosh it has been too long since i have heard his voice and i have talked with him, there seems to be such a emptiness within wanting him to fill it with his words and with his love.  Soon Jake i will see you again. Love to all and you all are such a blessing to meDawn

Oh Dawn I so understand how you feel... Erick was like that too. He would look at me with that silly grin and all I could do was smile or laugh. Seems like forever since I smiled or laughed with any real joy.

Thank goodness they dropped the charges, as if you needed anything else to deal with!

Hugs, Vera ~ Erick\'s mom

Soon we will all see them again. Funny your Jake was your dork, my Jake was my pain in the but. LOL He would smile that smile while putting his hand in the electrical socket. I bet they are having a great time. Lots of hugs, Jake\'s mom, Kathy

I am sure Jake & Billy have met in heaven - Billy was always the Geek -he loved his computers & I never could follow a conversation between him & his friends once they got talking about computers....what I wouldn\'t give to hear one of those conversations again. I am so happy for you that the charges will be dropped... Hugs, Ann
