Well here i am another day and another journal. Had no motavation at all this morning could not get these bones to work. At least i am back to working out 5 days a week again but i am not working out to my fullest yet. Our minds and bodies go thru so much after losing a child that it takes a toll on you and the simple things that you used to do are now difficult. I guess i will go for now and i am praying that all of you find strength and have a blessed day. Dawn

Everyday is a mental and physical struggle. We are not the same people we once were. Praying your day is ok. love joeymom lucille
Wow, you work out 5 times a week? You\'re my hero. I\'m lucky to make it up the stairs. Love to you, Colleen
sheesh, i\'m lucky to even look at my gazelle. :) you are gonna be okay. you just have to find the balance between what was and is now. days will come and the thought of getting out of bed will scare you. and other days, you will pop out like a piece of toast. just know that either type of days you have, you are still loved and a cherished mom. love you! ~~ charlayne

Dawn, we all have those days. For me, I figure out why I need to get out of bed. I make a mental list and then go with that. Don\'t always remember the list that day but at least it got me out of bed. Lots of hugs, Jake\'s mom, Kathy
Dawn It\'s not why we get out of bed, it\'s that we do. Somedays that\'s all I can get the motivation to do. If you\'re working ou evenless thean max, good on, more than me. Have a day you can remember as okay. Hugs Cathy John\'s Mom
