pain

time to be upfront, i'm scared and i don't know what to do.
i just don't wan't to go into work, it's like the black cloud has decended
upon me and i don't know how to break this cycle. i am so scared right now i just want to
go to sleep and never wake up.
failing that i just want to be in pain just real physical pain
