I just found out that I gave myself serotonin syndrome a few months ago and oddly enough I'm kind of proud of it. The doctor I was going to prescribed me Trazodone to use as a sleeping aid because I was taking Wellbutrin at the time and it was keeping me awake. I was supposed to take one or two, but instead I took 22 in hopes that I would sleep for a few days instead of just through the night. Less than five minutes after swallowing them my heart started racing and my legs started twitching and I threw up seven times. Then I fell asleep for three hours and woke up feeling sick as hell. I always thought it was because I made myself anxious...turns out it was because I almost unintentionally killed myself. I'm disappointed that I survived. It would have saved me a lot of trouble.
