great service tday.  slow start 2 the day.  cldnt find any boots @ walmart and missed sunday school.  i did however find a nice suit jacket & 2 tops.  hopefully theyll go w/my skirt.  im hoping that it will make a good suit 4 my interview, but if not im gonna shop 2morrow & look 4 some boots/shoes 2.  maybe some bras 2. i have 1 that i like.  i just bought, but i need some more. im eating healthy meals but craving sweet snacks.  & i must find time 2 exercise. i want 2 figure out how 2 b delivered from overeating 4 good. last yr this time during lent i stopped eating sweets b/c i realised that it was a drug 4 me. i ate sweets when i was stressed. i eat sweets when im stressed, bored, sad, tired.  sometimes i eat salty and starchy, but surely sweets r my worst vice.  i know some people who like nvr eat sweets or extremely rarely.  it has no substantial nutritional value. i like 2 eat. i like food.  i dont wanna love food. i dont  wanna  put  liking food  above  health.  gluttany  is  a sin.  and  simply  anything  thats  more  important  than  God  is a  sin.  at  the  end  of  those  40  days  i  thought  i  was  delivered.  and  then  some  time  later  things  werent  going  so  great.  and  when   i  was  stressed  i  was picking  up a  cookie.  or  a  few.  i  often  wonder  why  so  many wmn in the church r overweight. maybe its just that so many wmn/people r overweight and the church is a crossection of the population.  its funny i nvr have  any  prob  knowing  when  2  say  when  w/alcohol,  but  food....thats  a  dif  story.  when  i  was  young  i  did  not  have  this  struggle.  i  was  really  active  so  invr  worried  about  what  i  ate.   and  although i ate what i wanted it was not typically in large quantity.  then in college i started gaining quickly.  i was no longer so active and i ate bigger meals.  and i ate more meals.  prob 4 a day.  maybe i was lonely and homesick and stressed so i turned 2 food 4 comfort. i started workout programs many times and nvr stuck with many.  i joined a dance group. that lasted 4 a while & i was a vegetarian.

Oh, I hate it when I lose ground on a goal! I understand where you\'re coming from! It can be so discouraging. It is so good that you are aware of it, though, and aware of what makes you want to eat more. Praying for you!
