i asked the lord to give me contentment.  tday has been a calmer day than some....weather was gloomy so didnt go out.  i wanted to go work out tday, but h needed the car...hes playing in a bball game sat with his job and they have practice.  ill try 2 go tmorrow...i really want to get some exercise..i would have gone out, but with the rain i had no desire to do that...i guess i cld pull out the nordictrak....i dont like it cause its stiff....well well c
