today was a high service...i direct a choir in my church. they choir was very responsive and i had a great time...i felt a lot of release. a few people who had been mia came back; that was great. and some new people joined. it felt good to be used and the be of service. im at my worst when im thinking about myself; when i remember that its not about me, i do better. its hard 2 do, but it is easier in a lot of respects. the eagles just scored a td. yay!!!!!!
