I visited the doctor today and got weighed. The nurse said I'm down 10 pounds. I was so excited. I knew I'd lost weight but I'm making a point of not weighing myself so I didn't know if it was just my imagination or real. I'm so excited.
Congratulations! I weighted myself once at a friends place and I too have lost ten pounds. I could feel my pants a bit loose. I don\'t own a weight scale and never want to weigh myself either. Keep it up.
