My daughter and grandaughter joined weight watchers 2 weeks ago,they are so happy,because they have kept to the diet and have actually lost alot of weight.Good luck

How wonderful for you. Its always great to find a system that works for you and is a well kmow plan. Not one of those eat two berries and a laxative plan. Keep with it girl, I\'m proud of you. Hugs Jane
Good for you. I am a size 14. I have been this way for a very long time. I am just trying to eat better. Smokey and I said we would eat what we like, drink what we like and do what we like without hurting anyone. Well Smokey died of hardening of the arteries. This was an eye opener for me to start eating healthy. I have come a long way myself. I am not perfect but am going towards healthy eating. Congratulations and keep up the good work.
