Day 1
Today is a rough RA day but i will continue to remain hopeful for a better day tomorrow. Today, its slick outside and I stepped out the back door, slipped and fell...end up ion a heap on one bad knee in the middle of all the trash cans. Not very graceful for sure ....on top of this current flare, I have lost my dignity and now am very sore too. Hoping tomorrow is a much better day.

I so hope tomorrow is a better day for you. I\'ve had several falls over the years and always in a very public place. I can truly relate to losing one\'s dignity.

Oh my, so sorry you had a tough day yesterday. Praying for you things will get better. Be careful, those falls do not help us folks with RA in the least. I have taken a few spills myself. When i am super tired at night after coming home from a days work, I have tripped up the stairs trying to get into my house. Now that is bad. Take good care of yourself, especially when the weather is not good outside. My blessings and prayers are with you.
