I'm going to address this more with my therapist on monday, but i'm noticing the panic attacks aren't subsiding as I thought they were. I'm having black out episodes, best I can describe them. I can't remember what I did on a certain special day, have to really, really think until I can remember. But, when I get in these moods, it's like I'm on auto pilot. Just getting by. I find myself freaking out more, reacting more again, and really can't remember those episodes.
I believe his wanting to constantly snuggle is his reassurance that he needs of my love.

It may just be his comfort zone. He needs to help himself. He can\'t hide behind you snuggling ... The panic attacks will eventually subside but there will be triggers that also bring them on again down the road. I\'m not trying to push medicine, but it did work for me. It\'s nothing you need to take on a regular basis but would be there if you need it. You may not think you do but just trying it may make a world of difference. HUGS
