I've decided I want to lose wight.
If I can't function with food
then I'm going to teach myself a lesson.
I'll learn to live and function properly
with no food whats so ever.
Starting today. Monday October 4th 5:39 am
I will not put another bite of food into my mouth.
Not ever. Ever again. Maybe MAYBE Friday.
I'll allow myself coffee but that is it. And water.
I will do this. Right now I am 5 foot exactly. 123 pounds.
My goal is 100 pounds.
