What has helped me the most in my life is the YWCA.  I am not sure which are all charities that are all non-profit, but my vote would have to go for them.  What have I received from them in my life?  Well, a couple times in my life, I was unable to provide myself a place to stay.  One time it was when pregnant, and another time in my life it was when a boyfriend used me and stole all my rent money for his drugs and alcohol habit.  I just want to let you know that there are many YWCA's around the USA.  What they've done for me and others were take me to the store and help me budget and shop.  They've helped me learn to budget bills with fun so I could afford to keep myself afloat.  They've helped me with parenting and life skills.  They've helped me hunt for apartments, and they've helped me learn how to job search and get the therapy I needed.  Most important, they were around for me when I needed friends when I didn't have any.  The YWCA's are an important charity/organization to put money towards, and they've helped many women and children across the USA.  They also have a victim's resource center that help victims all across America get shelter from their abusive relationships when things get too far out of control, and the women are tired of hiding their abuse and want to live safer and healthier lives.  I hope my story helps make a difference! Princess
