I am VERY excited and happy at this moment!!!!!!
I am looking and applying for various jobs to increase my knowledge of animal care so that I can fulfill my dream of working with animals as a career and hopeuflly becoming a vet tech. As I was about to apply to the Washington Humane Society I remembered that a lady that I used to drive to Crew Practice every morning when I lived in Bethesda worked with one of the directors there for an event called Fashion for Paws!
I sent her a message just now and she responded immediately saying that she knows all the directors there and that many of her friends are veternarians as well! OMG I am giong to forward my resume on to her!!!!!!

Also, i had another good sessionw ith Joanna. I am feeling rather large today and disgusted with my lack of activity. From last friday through today I will have worked 49 hours at Petsmart!!! Too bad their week is Mon-Sun so I don't get overtime :( and have done 10 dog walks. Yet I feel lazy as shit. And fat. and huge. and disgusting. Tomorrow I do not work until 1pm so I am going to go to the gym in the morning.

That is awesome!! I love working with animals also and am totally stoked that you are going to be working with them. I should have been a vet - not sure why I never realized that until now. You will have to let me know how school goes and such. Very exciting!!!
Thanks- can\'t go to school for a vet tech....only can do on the job training right now....if i get a job. No money to go to school.
