I was ill with bronchitis for two months during October and November. I finally got better a couple days before Thanksgiving.  Those two months were pretty bad.  Work was hectic and being sick didn't help.  I got better just in time for a bunch of my family members to come visit for the holiday.

My pain levels have been good and I'm only getting some fatigue at the end of the day.  I guess I should be grateful that I make it to 8 PM each evening before falling asleep on the couch.  I'm still able to work and get large amounts of work done to keep my job.  All good things.

I lost 14 pounds from doing a combination of lower overall calories, anti-inflammatory foods, and volume eating with vegetables. I want to keep going so that I can lose the majority of the weight I gained when I didn't know what was wrong with my body.  I'm hoping to go down a couple more pounds before Christmas.

Some issues came up last week regarding my son and the program he goes to.  The stress was very high and it showed with my pain levels and fatigue.  I got through it with the CBD oil.  I am only taking it on an as needed basis now.

My sleep's been good.  The Midnite helps and 5 out of 7 nights I get over 6 hours of sleep.

All good things to report.  Now if I just had my Christmas shopping done it would really be a great journal.

I read somewhere that the pain of fibro is diminished greatly from eating foods that do not cause inflammation Some of the ones that cause inflammation are processed sugar and dairy products. Trans fats, processed meats, vegetable and seed oils, refined carbohydrates and too much alcohol.
