I wrote this on one of the blogs here,,,I thought it was pretty good,,so I wanted to re-post it here,,
Unless some breakthrough occurs by tomorrow, Tuesday will see 2.1 million people lose benefits immediately,,,of those maybe 60% or more have no means of support at all,,ZILCH,,,SQUAT,, NOTHING.
It will have a cascading affect,,with less money in the market,, businesses will almost immediately cut expenses,,which means additional unemployment and the higher tax rates will further swell the ranks of the unemployed..
These are the immediate affects,, they slide downhill from there as this thing continues,,,as the debt ceiling fight will soon enter the royal rumble ,,,
Europe despite the improvements in the EU market, is still basically hanging by a thread, and it would not take a lot to have them going down as well,,,and generally the Europeans do not handle their fiscal liquior as well as we do,,..sort of like two people who go out and get drunk,,one only gets a bit stupid,,,while the other gets drunk and smashes everything in site,,
