Hi! Is today the 1 year mark?
I think we had talked about this... at the one year I also plan on taking mine off. But, today, my finger was swollen that I couldn\'t put it on. Felt lost without it. I wonder if I will be able to really keep it off.....
Do you think you will?
I think it is something we\'ll have to get accustomed to, or perhaps I will have a ring made out of our special rings.... combined to make something really pretty... and wear that.
Just thinking!!!!
Hugs to you... Hope you are doing okay.
Wishing you God\'s peace.

I know it does feel strange with it off. I still feel for it, esp at night. Do not know why, just out of habit I guess.. Making a special ring out of them is a nice idea. But I am thinking of maybe passing the rings on to my daughter someday. I also have my parents rings too, my Mom gave them to me a while ago.

Having worked in the medical field, I kept my rings off due to yuckie stuff, but put them on when I was off work. It took me a while to take them off, like I was making up for the time I had them off when we were married. I can understand the feelings. They are safely put away now, don\'t know what I am going to do with them. Have peace with this decision and have a doog week end. Hugs Jane

I had so many rings. The silver set. The qvc set.
The yesterday and tomorrow one. The plain gold band. He wore a silver and a gold, both on one hand and I would mirror that alot. I took them all and put them in a pretty tiny box after the funeral. I am ok so far.

It\'s a really big step for you. No wonder it feels strange. You will get used to it eventually. What a big step! from Diane B.
