Things are getting worse around here.  I saw my therapist yesterday and we talked about alot different things that are going on with me.  She thinks that I am slipping into a deeper depression and I think she just might be right.  I am thinking that if things don't improve alittle by the middle of next week I am going to call my doctor and see what she wants me to do.  I just don't know how much more I can handle.
I am hurting myself more and more each day and I want to stop by just can't.  I am now hiding a knife in my room that I use to cut myself with, where before if the knife wasn't available I would have to go find one and with my parents in the house it made it harder for a knife to be available.
I feel like I am holding on by a thread and its ready to snap at anytime.  I have lost interest in many things that have I done in the past.  The only things that I do are the ones that I am made to do, like watch my niece.  Other than that I do anything anymore.  I have no engery or will to go do anything so I stay in bed or on the couch all day.  I am not sure how much longer I am going to last.

I believe you can make it.
Realize that you have a gift. You feel deeply and you notice things. If you didn\'t, you wouldn\'t have the pain.
That\'s a gift. The ability to feel and to see is a gift. It can take you to better places, not just the pain.
Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. One minute at a time. I once memorized the drip marks in the paint on the wall until I felt hypnotized. But I hung on. That night. The next day. And it did get better.

The mind is everything. What you think you become.
