Green Smiley Monday
I am sitting here in the quiet at my son's house. Everyone is still asleep, including the dog and 2 cats. I am enjoying the quiet - I feel at peace right now.
We spent yesterday visiting and eating. It is a bit of a tradition to go out for Sunday brunch with Tiina's parents. We had a lovely visit. For supper, we went to a Malaysian restaurant with my friend Barbara, her daughter and SIL. Barb and I were nurses. We trained together and have been friends ever since. She is a friend who I may not see for years but when we get together, we pick up where we left off. Her dtr and sil moved to Edmonton so I suspect i will be seeing more of her now. She lives in London Ontario - across the country. This afternoon, we are taking her to Calgary with us and we will spend 4 days together.
Lisa: I feel you near me and it is wonderful. I miss you always and love you forever, Mummy

make the most of it ! hugs, rose
The early morning quietness when everyone is asleep is always so delicious. It has always been my most favorite time of the day. When Jason was in school I would always give myself a good 30 minutes with a hot cup of tea before I woke him up to get ready. Sounds like you are having a good weekend. Old friends can make such a difference in our lives. Love and hugs being sent to you all the way to Canada. I visited Canada many years ago (Victoria and Vancover) and was so impressed with the cleanliness and warmth of the people. Katrina
Enjoy your visits, Marlene. You are the best company one could ask for!
Peace.
Feels like a perfect visit and you are so deserving of these wonderful days filled with this kind of peace. Savor it all as I know you are.
Lisa never misses out so I know that you feel her. :)
With love,
XO Joanie
Missing my Jacob more lately. Somethings shifted and my grief is more active, lava spilling unto the sand. Hopefully doused by the cool ocean. Maybe it\'s the book, \"Transcending Loss\" by ourr speaker, Ashley Bush. Tremendous. Glad you\'re being social with old and dear friends, Abby
Don\'t you just wish sometimes you could freeze time...enjoy the peace a little longer??
Marlene, so good to have moments of peace. Love to you and your family, Linda
The wonderful peace of the morning before anyone gets up. Enjoy your visit. Hugs, Ann
I am not a morning person, but enjoy the same peacefulness late at night, when everyone else is asleep. The quietness of the night, the moon and the stars soothes my inner pain, and fills me with peace and gratitude... You are blessed to have such a wonderful visit with a very special friend! Enjoy every moment!
Seeing old friends, that we havn\'t seen in awhile, is a special treat!! I am glad you are enjoying visiting with family & friends, as well. I wish I could feel peace, but just not there yet.
((((HUGS))))....Julia
How wonderful for you to be there, enjoying your time, family and good friends....((hugs)) Vicki
