Green Smiley Monday

So it is Monday again; less than a week until the wedding.  Although I dread the whole wedding thing, I am excited that I will be seeing my granddaughter Cevyn on Wednesday!
I have been struggling for the last couple of days.  I think it is because of the wedding - it will be so hard to see my SIL getting married to someone else.  It just seems so wrong.  But I will tough it out for Cevyn as she needs a mother and she loves Beth.  She is so much happier now that Beth is in her life.
So I am thankful that Cevyn is happy.
I am thankful for our glorious weather.  It has been above freezing for the last couple days and it is supposed remain mild for the next few days as well.  I used to love winter but now I long for heat!
Today I am most thankful for friends - at FMO and here at home.  I have some dear friends who have promised to surround me at the wedding.
I wish you a great week.
My beloved Lisa:  I miss you always and love you forever.

I can understand why this would be so bittersweet...Thinking about what is best for Cevyn--that is such a POSITIVE, loving and wonderful way of looking at the glass as half-FULL...
It\'s not easy to take a perspective on things that are turned away from self...to others..when we are in such deep pain...and yet that is what you have done, and I so admire you for that! Your Cevyn is one very lucky girl to have such a loving and giving (generous) grandmother as you are! Very inspiring to read this, my friend.
Will be keeping you in thought and prayer during this difficult week. Keep hanging in there! Love+Hugs, Donna

Yes, a day to embrace and yet a day to get over. So many emotions and reminders for you. In the end you revert to what comes naturally - putting your beautiful grand-daughter first, helping you get through. I\'m so glad you have good support at this time - take gentle care of yourself. love Joanna

You are a good grandmother thinking of Cevyn\'s happiness first. No one will ever take the place of Lisa in Cevyn\'s heart, but it sounds like Beth is a good person and will be a positive addition to Chevyn\'s life. Sending love, Terry

This is so tough...I imagine the day that Jackie marries...but, like you I know that Evie will be so happy to have a daddy. So I can certainly understand how hard...peace and love to you...Karen
